WHAT: Broadly speaking, requires us to act justly with respect to others and freely to give.
WHEN: If, one borrows - return it. If we hire someone to do a job, one does it. If we need to pay one, we pay it. Lastly, when on cheats/dishonest about a game or activity. It is a form of theft.
