Serious Accident

Penitential Act or Reconciliation: O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended Thee, and I detest all my sins because of thy just punishments, but most of all because they offend Thee, my God, who art all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of Thy grace to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen.

Eternal Father,

and those of the whole world.
For the sake of His sorrowful passion,
have mercy on us and on the whole world (repeat 3 times) . Amen.
Jesus revealed to St. Faustina Kowalski, “At the hour of their death, I defend as My own glory every soul that will say this chaplet; or when others say it for a dying person, the indulgence is the same. When this chaplet is said by the bedside of a dying person,… unfathomable mercy envelops the soul, and the very depths of My tender mercy are moved (Diary, 811).
