Third Commandment
“Remember thou keep holy the Sabbath day.”
WHAT: For Christians under the New Law, Sunday is the day on which Jesus Christ rose from the dead and the Holy Spirit descended on the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Apostles at Pentecost—is the new day of rest.
WHEN: Keep Sunday holy for worship and relationship with God. Avoid all unnecessary work and the same for Holy days of obligation.
